I have experienced the deepest and most profound transformation in my life with Maitreya and his teachings during my trip to Bali last month. Words can not express my deepest gratitude for his existence, his wisdom, his teachings, and the love and light he carries to the world. Every single meditation session with him has been the most powerful healing and self discovery process for me. I feel like I have literally been reborn (many times) in this classes, his Death Meditation is the most powerful meditation I've ever experienced in my life.

It's been a month after I got back to my normal life, but I feel like things are fundamentally changed inside of me. I have become a much bigger and fuller version of myself, and that glimpse of eternal consciousness I felt in his class has carried on with me in my life, which reminds me of who I really am.

The Sunday retreat with Maitreya was truly magical. Maitreya himself is a beautiful, true soul and it felt like everyone who was part of the retreat that day was destined to come. A year later, I can wholeheartedly confirm the feeling I had the very first time I experienced Maitreya and his workshops.

Maitreya is extraordinary. Authentic. Warm. Grounded.

I feel so deeply grateful to have met Maitreya as soon as I arrived in Bali — thank you, Universe. He is such a rare and exceptional soul. Working with him and receiving his guidance through meditation is a true blessing. His presence, his energy, and the depth of his work carry a frequency that touches the soul.

The retreat day in Sidemen was one of the most powerful and beautiful experiences I’ve had on my path. It was a deep reconnection to myself, to what is real, and to what truly matters. The space Maitreya holds is so sacred, so safe, and so transformational.

Following his meditations is a gift one gives to oneself — a moment to return home, to listen deeply, and to awaken what is ready to be seen and released. I couldn’t recommend him more. If you ever have the chance to meet him, don’t hesitate. It’s a rare and precious opportunity on the path of inner truth.

I can’t describe with words how deeply touching spiritually, and on the other hand incredibly effective from the psychosomatic point of view Maitreya’s all type of meditations are. They work right according to the famous BestSeller Book of Bessel van der Kolk “Body keeps the Score”, because only in active dynamic mechanics can be released deeply blocked and for years being stuck in body emotions. And they all positive & negative leave your body forever. Also body & mind and your psyche are being cleaned of whatever you don’t need anymore till the very bottom of its storage container. Maitreya Ji is a kind soul and teaches and shares from the heart.
His MTT training is worth experiencing. I have known him for about 12 to 15 years now and always wanted to learn how to teach meditation.
Only last month April 2025, my dream came true and I had the opportunity to attend his online training.
I felt this training was so full and rounded up where I met many more wonderful souls and together we learned from the master.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge and help me in my journey of becoming a teacher myself.

I am so incredibly grateful to have connected with Maitreya. His guidance, patience and authenticity have been pivotal factors in my healing journey. I’ve had the joy and honour of taking his Meditation Teacher Training Program, and it will forever hold a special place in my heart.
