It is with great karma if you find yourself in Maitreya’s meditation classes. I have been blessed to attend many over the years and they are always profound. Maitreya carries such deep wisdom, love, and a true heart for service. He is also so playful, proving that the most spiritual aren’t overly serious, they laugh & play like children! Being around him and attending his classes will wake something up within you, go!

I met Maitreya during my yoga teacher training at House of OM. It’s hard to put it into words but the first meditation I had with him was life changing. His energy is so beautiful and I was able to let go and completely trust him from the beginning. Every experience together I was able to go deeper within myself. He also shares how to do different meditations on your own and how to practise it in your daily life. Maitreya has truly changed my life in so many amazing ways and I’ll be forever grateful our paths crossed many times and he holds a special place in my heart. His lessons, wisdom and presence are a true reflection of what’s inside. ❤️I also went to a one night retreat in Sideman, Bali that he ran and also did 1:1 sessions.I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
